This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the clean and modern rooms to the daily cleaning service. We loved the convenience of having a kitchenette and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The location by the beach was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and easily access the beach for a refreshing swim. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service and amenities provided.

All aspects of our stay were fantastic, there is nothing that could be improved upon.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a small kitchenette that provided everything we needed. the location was great, just a minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. the fact that there was a pool on site was also a plus, and we enjoyed having a drink poolside in the afternoon.

The atmosphere was a bit lacking, and we didn't feel very welcomed by the staff. the breakfast was basic and not very satisfying, and the air conditioning was an additional cost which was unexpected and felt unnecessary.

I recently stayed at Sonio Beach in Platanias for a relaxing beach getaway. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a lovely beach. The staff, especially the owner Sophia, were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I loved having a wonderful balcony where I could sit, eat, and relax. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and the town of Platanias was easygoing and laid-back. Plus, it was just a short drive to nearby Chania.
