I had a fantastic stay at Galunov Hotel. The room was a bit small, but it was immaculately clean and the bathroom was really great. I loved the option to play music in both the room and bathroom, creating the perfect ambiance. The staff went above and beyond by surprising my aunt with balloons, champagne, and chocolates for her birthday. The location was superb, with a 24-hour shop just outside and the main train station, shopping mall, and main avenue just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic location, just a short walk from the railway station. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well-furnished. the breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of foods and drinks available. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could help ourselves to tea and coffee throughout the day.

While overall we had a very enjoyable stay, we did find that the room lacked certain amenities. In particular, we would have appreciated having a safe in the room to store our valuables.

We had a fantastic time staying here! The staff went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. They helped with luggage, gave great suggestions, and even booked taxis for us at a reasonable rate. The dining room on the third floor always had coffee, tea, and cookies available for us to enjoy for free. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the waitress was friendly and welcoming. The room was just as it appeared on the website and had everything we needed, from toothbrushes to slippers. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and we loved every aspect of our stay.

One day, I needed change for a taxi and the receptionist, Anastasia, kindly provided it for me. She even went out of her way to break the money at a nearby supermarket. This level of care and thoughtfulness truly made my stay memorable.
