the staff were incredibly kind and the views from the balcony just blew me away. sunrise truly exceeded my expectations this time around, especially with the helpful recommendations and stunning pool area.

I had such a great time at this hotel! the views are breathtaking, and the pool area was just perfect for relaxing. the staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I really appreciated the free shuttle service and the convenience of being so close to the center, which made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, the bar by the pool was a nice touch while sipping on drinks and soaking in the sun!

The WiFi was a bit unreliable in our room, which could be frustrating at times. it would’ve been nice to have tea and coffee facilities available, just for those cozy mornings.

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to the main street, bus services, and port. The room was comfortable and had great views of the sunset from the balcony. The pool area was spacious and well-equipped, with a bar and food service. The free transfer from the port to the hotel was a nice touch. the staff, cleanliness, and facilities exceeded my expectations.

The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to the center of the city and just a short bus ride away from the beach. The staff, especially Irene, were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

We loved our stay at Sunrise! The staff were fantastic, providing excellent service and making us feel at home. The pool and pool floatie were a highlight for relaxing days. The passion fruit daquiris were a must try. Ferry transport and location were very convenient.

The noise at night was a bit too much, with loud music and people talking late into the night. There was also an issue with promised transfer back to the port, which led to us having to call a taxi instead.
