The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to trams and buses, as well as being close to the railway station. This made it convenient for me to explore the city during my business trip. the breakfast provided was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from.

That my room faced the street, resulting in a lot of noise that disturbed my sleep. It would have been better if I had been assigned a room that faced the courtyard.

The air conditioning system in my room was not working properly and it took some time to get it fixed. Plus, the front desk staff initially told me that the hotel was fully booked and couldn't offer me another room, but I found out that wasn't true through the official website.

The hotel provided helpful maps for guests and offered a varied breakfast. The room had many types of towels, and the price/convenience ratio was great for me as a backpacker.

Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.
