One small issue that some guests have mentioned is the automated lights in the rooms being a bit annoying. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the amazing stay that guests have experienced overall.

Elevator situation.

Beautiful, well-designed resort. Personalized service from Stella and all staff. Amazing villa room with best view. Best breakfast ever. Very clean facilities. Excellent spa and kids club. Heated pool.

For us it was ideal.

we had the most amazing stay at this Curio Collection resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our experience truly unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, and we loved the outdoor pool and lounge area. The spa was absolutely fantastic, with attention to every little detail. The kids club was a hit with our children, and the heated pool was a great bonus. the resort had top-notch facilities and the food was delicious. We can't wait to come back!

The service standard was very high, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were great, and the pools were clean and well-maintained. The location was also beautiful, with fantastic views.

The location was quite far from the nearest beach, and the main elevator to the rooms was very slow, which could be frustrating at times. the drinks at dinner were a bit expensive, and the wind in the pool area could sometimes carry an unpleasant smell.

The Royal Senses Resort & Spa in Panormos, Crete, exceeded my expectations in many ways. The facilities were outstanding, with a beautiful swimming pool, spa, and ample sun beds for relaxation. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious and reasonably priced. Additionally, the hotel offered a fun aqua park for both adults and kids, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and the room layout was well-designed and comfortable. I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Although my stay at The Royal Senses Resort & Spa was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The lifts were occasionally out of order, which caused inconvenience and longer walks to the room.

The highlight of our stay was the incredible breakfast at The Royal Senses Resort & Spa Crete. The variety of options was impressive and everything tasted delicious. We couldn't get enough of it! Additionally, the infinity pools with plenty of cabanas and sun beds were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout, creating a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. We also enjoyed the reasonably priced hotel restaurants, which offered delicious meals. The aqua park was a fun activity for both adults and kids, adding an extra level of entertainment to our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking and the layout was well thought out, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And of course, the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

While we had a fantastic experience overall, there were a couple of minor issues. there were some hiccups on our first night of arrival, such as the baby cot not being set up as requested and room service taking longer than expected.

We all had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The Spa & wellness centre is definitely a highlight, providing an array of exclusive amenities such as body scrubs, full body massages and beauty treatments. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area, where we could relax and soak up the sunshine.

Our only negative experience was with the slow funicular lift, which could take a while to bring us to our floor. Despite this minor issue, the hotel had incredible features such as the infinity pool and the excellent Bar/Lounge area, which offered a delicious variety of snacks and dinner with special diet menus.
