The moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Breakfast on our private balcony was a daily luxury, carefully prepared with local flavors. The infinity pool was a great spot, providing stunning views, especially at sunset!

Waking up to brekkie on the balcony was just awesome. Those sunsets are insane! Shoutout to the staff for always making us feel lekker and at home! The plunge pool was perfect to chill after a long day exploring, what a jol!

Only downside? The room service menu was a bit limited for a quick meal after a long day out, could've done with a lekker pizza option.

Had a great time with friends! The views are stunning, especially during sunset over the caldera. We loved the location, close to amazing spots like Oia and Fira. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was served on our balcony. Pro tip, the onsite restaurant has amazing sunset views too!

the pool was cold but refreshing. the walk to fira is longer than expected.

However, we faced a few inconveniences during our stay. The indoor hot tub was frustratingly cold and did not work correctly, with some components appearing rusted. Additionally, the lack of hot water during peak morning hours made showers uncomfortable. We also found the room lacked basic shelving and storage, making it hard to keep our things organized, while the chlorine smell from the indoor facility was dampening. Lastly, early morning staff noise interrupted our sleep on a couple of occasions.

During our stay, we experienced significant issues with the hot tub in our room. It remained cold despite multiple requests for assistance, leaving us frustrated and unable to enjoy it. Moreover, the reception staff's attitude when we complained about the smell of chlorine in the room was dismissive, as they suggested moving to another room for an extra charge.
