Our stay at Tru was great! The low profile step into the shower was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with dog biscuits and ice packs. The gym was excellent, and we appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the bedding. We did hear some noise from our neighbors, but overall I would recommend this hotel for its great amenities and friendly staff.

The hotel provided a decent continental breakfast with both hot and cold items. The cleanliness of the room was also satisfactory. Plus, the hotel was located in an easily accessible area, surrounded by restaurants and bars. One more thing that I really liked was the availability of a pool to lounge by on warmer days.

The $75 non-refundable pet fee was quite an unexpected and disagreeable surprise. the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as a microwave or coffee/tea maker in the room.

Easy access to green space for pets. Excellent service from manager. Nice facilities for relaxation and breakfast. Ample attention to detail in room, especially for sanitation and trash separation. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to friends and family.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect and the staff was super friendly. The amenities were impressive, especially the comfortable beds and big TVs. I also loved the coffee and energy-saving features in the room.

The Tru By Hilton is perfect for families with its spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The kids loved the game room and the outdoor pool!
