the staff was so friendly and welcoming and even greeted us with welcome drinks in the beautiful courtyard upon arrival. They provided us with lots of helpful tips for exploring the city and were always available to assist us with taxis or public transport. Our room was lovely and the hotel's central location made it easy to access all the attractions. the Cretan breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed a scrumptious meal at their restaurant. We were truly pleased with our experience at Veneziano Boutique.

lock issue on first night

I recently stayed at a stylish new hotel in the heart of town. The staff made a genuine effort to ensure my vegan son had suitable breakfast options. The room was incredibly comfortable and the location made it easy to walk to all the attractions. Surprisingly, parking was available close by at a discounted rate, which was a pleasant surprise.

The nearby church clock chiming hourly, but it didn't really bother us much.

Mind-blowing service, tasty and affordable kitchen, unique personalized meals, gluten-free options available, tall and tastefully decorated rooms, daily cleaning.

The value for money was excellent, the room was cozy and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff at Veneziano were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

More variety in the breakfast items would have been nice.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city center, down a quiet street close to all the action. You can easily walk to all the major attractions and explore the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with a perfect mix of modern facilities and historic charm. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast served in the charming courtyard was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

Parking can be a challenge, so it's best to use the nearby parking garage and ask for directions before you arrive.

The noise from the courtyard could be heard in the room, particularly during breakfast preparation. The pipes were also quite noisy throughout the night.

Just returned from a delightful stay at a charming boutique hotel in Crete. the staff at Veneziano were superb, especially John who was helpful with check-in and our bags. the room was clean and well-fitted with nice touches in the bathroom. the hotel's location was perfect - close enough to the action but still quiet. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the lovely restaurant where Nikos, the knowledgeable staff member, impressed us with his expertise on food, wines, and even the history of Crete. the breakfast spread was superb, served by the friendly morning staff. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Heraklion.
