A/C stopped working during our stay but the hotel staff did their best to fix it promptly. They provided a standing fan and tried to repair it as soon as possible. Although it took some time, we appreciated their efforts. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and made up for any inconveniences. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helped us with a fast check-in. The hotel also provided airport transfer service, which was convenient. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.

Although the apartments were well-maintained, the noise from motorbikes and ATVs on the island created some disturbance. the area could get a bit noisy, especially during the night.

The staff, especially Nikos and his son, were incredibly welcoming and even offered free transport from the airport and port. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped for self-catering, with a supermarket and mini market within a 10-minute walk. Plus, the sunrise views over Karterados and the sea were absolutely breathtaking.

One downside was that not all the staff members spoke English fluently, which sometimes made communication difficult. the walk to Fira in hot weather was a bit uncomfortable, especially on the first day, although we later found out that there was a bus stop nearby.
