Great value for money, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with the arena and Juliets balcony just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and even prepared a takeaway breakfast box when we had to leave early.

I recently stayed at the Palazzo Victoria for 5 nights during Opera season. The friendly and welcoming team, from the front desk to the breakfast waitresses, bar teams, and concierge, made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel manager, Giusy, was fantastic and her leadership approach clearly reflected in the team's attitude. The location was great, just a short flat stroll to the open-air opera theater and main square. The hotel's public areas were beautiful, especially the bar and courtyard for breakfast. The complimentary cocktail on arrival and bottle of wine in the room were a nice touch.

Everything was fantastic. The hotel had excellent cleanliness and spacious rooms. The staff were accommodating and friendly, especially the tall guy in the restaurant who went the extra mile to serve me even when the kitchen was closed. The breakfast service was exceptional, with a personal chef serving me. The amenities in the room were great, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The location of the hotel was very centralized and close to everything, including the reception, bar, and outside eatery. It was also a convenient location for transportation to Venice.
