We had a fantastic stay at these gorgeous apartments in a beautiful location. The traditional Greek decor with a modern twist made the rooms feel cozy and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchenette was a big plus, and the beds were incredibly comfy. We also loved the amazing bathroom and the great pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the proximity to the Old Town, stunning beaches, tavernas, and supermarkets.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartments. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was fantastic, and it was just a short walk to the nearby beach. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the main road. The supermarket and good restaurants were conveniently located nearby. The owner was very helpful, arranging a transfer for our late arrival. I highly recommend this place.

The kitchen could have been better equipped, but it was still manageable. Additionally, there was some noise from the neighboring hotel's bar, but it wasn't too disruptive.

I recently booked last minute at a budget-friendly place near the port for a ferry to Bodrum and was pleasantly surprised by Yiannis Yard Studios & Apartments. The value for money was excellent, with clean apartments, friendly staff, and a good-sized pool. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, mini markets, and restaurants within walking distance. The overall atmosphere reminded me of Greece in the 80's & 90's, making for a delightful stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We spent our Christmas vacations at a budget hotel which offered a good sized pool and clean rooms with daily housekeeping service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. The location was great, close to attractions and public transport. Plus, there was plenty of parking space available.

We were disappointed about a few things during our stay. The room was a bit dated and the shower had very low pressure.

This hotel has lovely terras where you can relax and enjoy the Greek sunshine. The rooms are in a traditional Greek style and have a small kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast. The hotel is not far from the Old Town and close to the beach, making it a convenient location for exploring the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Yiannis Yard Studios. The pool was lovely, and we were able to enjoy it before and after our check-in time. The location was convenient, only a 20-minute walk to the old town. The security was excellent, with all the door and window locks working perfectly. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the sheets were changed regularly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a supermarket and bike rental close by. The room was clean and cozy, with a small kitchen. a great experience!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impressive. The room was clean and cozy, with a small kitchen that had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with a very good supermarket and bike rental just 100 meters away. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the area, including the nearby beach and Kos Town, which was easily accessible by a regular bus service. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool, which was cleaned every day. this hotel offered great value for money and provided us with a truly authentic Greek experience.
