The staff at The Residence was incredibly attentive and helpful. The spacious rooms and delicious breakfast made our stay enjoyable. As a family with kids, we especially loved the great kids club and the fact that they provided bicycles for us to explore the area.

Felt really welcomed, no reason to complain.

The beachfront location of the hotel is ideal, offering stunning views of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can enjoy their meals at the two restaurants, both of which have a lovely ambiance and serve delicious, high-quality food. The staff, especially those working in the F&B outlets, are attentive and friendly, making guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The variety and quality of the free activities provided by the hotel are somewhat limited.

The room was new and clean, with a spacious bathroom and bathtub. the staff were friendly and we enjoyed exploring the beach at low tide, finding little spider crabs and tiny lobsters. It was great having a private pool in the incredibly spacious villa.

The beach was not clean, with sand mixed with sharp-edged dead corals. the location was quite isolated, with nothing nearby, and it took a long time to get to the nearest bay.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. the luxurious amenities far exceeded our needs, with a world, class service, a fabulous spa and wellness center, an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the ocean. We were also delighted to have direct access to the beach, where we enjoyed refreshing body scrubs, quality massages, and relaxing beauty treatments. the garden area was beautifully manicured and designed, perfect for a quick stroll or a picnic with friends and family.

The poolside snack bar lacked a few options, which was the only minor issue we encountered. the restaurant made up for it by providing a fantastic in, room breakfast and a scrumptious buffet breakfast.

The staff was super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. We were pleased to find that the hotel offered complimentary bikes, which was a great way to explore the surroundings. the spacious rooms were well equipped and clean, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Oh, and the food was absolutely delicious!

Although the location was peaceful and remote, it was quite far from any other attractions, so be prepared for a long journey if you want to explore. some of the extra services and amenities provided by the hotel were quite pricey, and it wasn't easy to find outside transportation options.

The firefly boat tour was a highlight of our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Impressed by the attention to detail for guests traveling with an infant. Excellent food options with in-room dining. Direct beach access and well-maintained pool area.
