We were a big group of friends and we loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel staff made our stay even more special by going above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The accommodations were luxurious and clean, and the food and drinks, which were locally sourced, were delicious. The hotel's location in a peaceful and authentic village provided a breathtaking setting, and it was the perfect base for exploring the whole island. our experience at the hotel was unforgettable and we left feeling re-energized.

Located on a hill with help from a donkey, great for honeymooners but maybe not for families. Fabulous view and jacuzzi used as a small pool by kids. Excellent staff and manager working hard to improve hotel standards. Invited to sit and enjoy wine while check-in prepared, friendly and knowledgeable staff with great recommendations. Immersed in local culture and stunning views from private balcony with jacuzzi. Helpful and friendly hotel managers and staff, no request too hard. The walk up to the hotel was uphill and could be challenging for those with mobility issues. the air, conditioning had some issues, but the natural temperature of the building helped maintain a comfortable environment.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted with the two festive events organized by the hotel. They had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with a wide variety of delicious dishes. the staff was attentive and ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Another highlight was the New Year's party, which featured live music and a fantastic fireworks display. It was a great way to ring in the new year.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the rooms were quite basic and could use some updating.

We had a delightful stay at Zannos Melathron in Pyrgos. The hotel's quirky charm and upgrade to the Honeymoon suite made our trip extra special. The daily room cleaning, delicious breakfasts, and tranquil atmosphere were all highlights. The staff, particularly Hatti, were friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The grand reception rooms and stunning views of Fira and Oia added to the overall charm. We especially loved unwinding on our terrace while watching the beautiful sunsets. The swimming pool area was also a lovely spot for a refreshing dip.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the crowded tourist areas, allowing us to experience the local culture. the views from the hotel were stunning, especially from our private balcony.

The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak, making it difficult to access the internet. Additionally, there were a few maintenance issues such as a broken window that was not repaired, and a funny smell coming from the AC. These issues could have been addressed to enhance the overall experience.
