We had a fantastic stay at an upscale hotel in Astana with excellent facilities. Our room was comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed access to a world-class gym and found the meeting facilities to be top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Astana.

Friendly service, comfortable room

The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help, making me feel more at home during what was a long business trip. the room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and other amenities.

The hotel's dining options were limited, and I found myself having to venture out often in search of something to eat. the hotel's location was also quite distant from the city center and other key attractions, making it difficult to explore the area without a car or relying on taxis.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the capital of Kazakhstan. It was conveniently located right by the "river," offering beautiful views of Astana. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a choice of tables to work on and a heated bathroom floor. The staff quickly addressed any issues, such as a faulty shower head, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the hotel's spacious foyer and bar area provided a great space for meetings. I was impressed with the location near a park and the hotel's amenities.

The evening meals were mediocre.

the sound from the night club was evident, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities.
