I had the most amazing experience at a boutique hotel in Grenada. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the sanitized tables and temperature checks to the delicious food. But what truly blew me away was when I had a flat tire and the hotel staff changed it for me while I enjoyed the sunshine. It was service above and beyond what I expected. I am already planning my next visit and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. an unforgettable stay.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was a tranquil haven. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were perfect for relaxation. the beauty treatments, including body scrubs and full body massages, were top-notch. I enjoyed live entertainment and the library, and the poolside snack bar was a treat.

The only minor issue was the lack of a private facilities area, but this was not a major inconvenience. this hotel is a beautiful venue with excellent restaurant options, including packed lunches and special diet menus.

The all-inclusive package may not necessarily offer the best value for money. the towel replacement system could be improved, as it seemed somewhat disorganized.

We loved the location on the lovely beach, with a beach bar just a few steps away from the sun loungers. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious and beautifully maintained gardens and the fantastic pool. We also enjoyed being served breakfast on our own private terrace. The staff were super-friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The hotel's limited Wi-Fi coverage made it difficult for us to stay connected, especially in public areas. Additionally, the pool area could have been better maintained, as we noticed some broken sun loungers and debris in the water. However, overall our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing city break.
