We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The spacious apartment had a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a patio with great views of the sea and stunning sunsets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my partner's birthday special. They even supplied snorkeling equipment and beach blankets. The location in a rustic bay was perfect, with a nice social life happening right on the beach.

The resort also had excellent wifi, which is something I rarely find in hotels. I was able to stay connected and catch up on work without any issues. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying some delicious rum punches at the nearby restaurant "Sur la mer" - some of the best I've ever had! my visit to Gem Holiday Beach Resort was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again.

The AC unit in the bedroom struggled a bit to keep the room cool. However, this did not significantly impact the overall stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. We loved waking up in the morning and being able to walk right onto the sand. the view from our balcony was breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out in front of us. Another great aspect of the hotel was the daily maid service. It was nice coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day of exploring.

One downside was the outdated facilities. the hotel could use some updates and modernization, especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

I recently stayed at Gem Holiday Beach Resort for a week-long birthday celebration. The location, though not as close to BBC beach as advertised, still offered a distant ocean view. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Charmaine and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was special, with complimentary breakfast, a beautiful "Happy bday" message made from petals, and even complimentary Champagne. I loved the clean and spacious room, the delicious meals, and the friendly and helpful staff. The proximity to Morne Rouge beach, restaurants, and shopping was also a bonus.

I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Great location near top beach, though a steep walk. Good-sized apt with living room, dining area, large kitchen, and 4-poster bed. Free rum punch or beer on arrival. Access to computer at sister hotel. Enjoyable birthday week thanks to helpful registration staff and complimentary birthday treats.
