The beach was the best part of our stay. Our kids loved the pool. The food and drinks at Soi and the Grill were excellent. The staff and management team took great care of us. The hotel was very clean and strategically located. The interior design was modern and sophisticated. The facilities were great, and the location was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at the Front Desk, Lobby/Concierge/Bell, and Pool/Beach area.

We felt well taken care of, and there was no reason to complain.

We had a great time at the luxurious hotel in downtown Guam. The room had a stunning ocean view and all amenities, and the hotel had an impressive layout. The staff was kind and professional, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a nice blend of Asian and Western food options. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of all the main stores and just a short walk to the place for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with blackout curtains for those used to sleeping with everything black. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as a swimming pool for kids and a lobby bar with live band music. the view from the hotel is breathtaking, as it is right next to the beach.

We spent our Easter at a resort in Tumon. the complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs in our room were a lovely surprise. the resort's location near the beach and shopping district was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and the variety of restaurants available.

The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with a long line of guests waiting. the room was not ready by the designated check-in time.

the spa was excellent with its sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. Beach access was easy and live entertainment was a bonus. the restaurant served delicious in-room breakfasts and there were several options for poolside snacks and drinks.

We did have one small issue with the cleaning services of our room. There was a bit of dust on the carpet after their visit, which could have been better.
