I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The view from my room on the 12th floor was absolutely incredible. I could see the beautiful beach and the mesmerizing sunsets and sunrises. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including two pools and direct access to the beach. The snorkeling in the area was fantastic, with a wide variety of organisms to see. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Crowne Plaza Resort Guam! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Our kids loved the family pool, especially with the pirate ship feature. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect, and we loved the ocean view from our room. The staff treated us like royalty, even surprising us with a luxurious upgrade to the Royal Suite. We have already booked our second stay and can't wait to return!

During my recent business trip to Guam, I had the pleasure of staying at a resort that offered a pleasant outlook and a convenient location. the hotel was situated in the middle of the bay, providing a stunning view of the beach right from my balcony. I was delighted to be able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view from morning till night, truly a magnificent sight. Moreover, the resort had a top floor that gave a great panorama of the surrounding area, allowing me to take in the picturesque scenery of Guam. Additionally, I appreciated the big and convenient parking area, making it hassle, free for me to commute to my business appointments.

Not everything about my stay was perfect. the resort was starting to show signs of wear and tear, with the rooms feeling a bit tired.

Convenient location near the airport, beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds, mini fridge provided.

Recently renovated, new and modern facilities. Clean and friendly staff. Great beach access, two pools, and lovely sunset views. Yummy food at buffet restaurant. Spacious family-sized room with two bathrooms. Good value for the price. Prompt response to requests.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza for 6 nights and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly, even at 2am when I arrived. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a stunning view of the ocean from the pool area. It's also conveniently close to the main restaurant area, just a short walk away. The room had a comfortable bed and an incredible view from the 12th floor. I loved the beachside lawn and the spaciousness of the hotel, which made it feel uncrowded. a great hotel experience.

The location was excellent, with a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. It was very convenient to have a convenience store just outside. The staff here were all very nice and courteous, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the variety of services available, such as room service, car hire, and laundry. this place exceeded our expectations and made our trip special.

Although our stay was great, there were a few minor hiccups. The staff kept mistakenly telling us that we didn't purchase breakfast every day, which caused some confusion.

The best aspects of my stay were the fantastic beachfront location, convenient access to daily dining and shopping within walking distance, and the overall cleanliness and functionality of the hotel facilities. Additionally, the prompt response to any requests I had was truly impressive.
