During my stay, the hotel offered great facilities, friendly staff, and convenient smart TV connectivity for streaming services. Furthermore, the location was away from the main nightlife scene, providing a tranquil environment on Guam.

Had a great time at a new hotel with a modern design and clean rooms. the pool and shared facilities were fantastic and the balcony had nice furniture with a wide view. Plus, the beds were amazingly comfortable.

Encountered some issues during the stay like missing tiles by the pool and a loose floor in the room. the shower wasn't properly cleaned, and maintenance problems included a malfunctioning bidet sensor and USB port.

My recent stay at Tsubaki Tower was refreshing and enjoyable. the club lounge access was fantastic, the design and atmosphere were contemporary and beautiful. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the Japan-designed toilet was a unique touch. the generous personal products in the restroom were a thoughtful detail. the balcony was spacious with a spectacular view, and the rooms had an accessible control panel, enhancing convenience.

Rooms come with excellent, complimentary amenities such as drinks and breakfast to-go containers. Luxurious pool area and comfortable bedding. Helpful and friendly staff make for a welcoming experience.

The restrooms had generous personal products for both men and women. The spacious balcony and accessible control panel in the rooms were a plus. The view from the hotel was spectacular!

The rooms are spacious with large screen TVs. Bathrooms are well-equipped with great showers and fancy toilets. Balconies offer great views. Breakfast options include Western, Continental, and Japanese dishes, all included in the cost. The location is close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. A gorgeous infinity pool is on the lower level. Complimentary drinks and a nice to-go breakfast container are provided. Late check-out at 2PM is a bonus.

For those looking to unwind, there is a fabulous beach bar just a short distance away, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a calming and artistic ambiance. The friendly staff, particularly Ms. Donghee Kim, go above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.

The buffet breakfast options may be a bit limited for those staying longer.

The room amenities were well thought-out and comfortable. I enjoyed the relaxing balcony view and the big-screen TV. the bathroom was equipped with an amazing shower head and fancy auto toilet. the location was convenient for restaurant hopping and the beach. I appreciated the complimentary drinks and take-out breakfast. the infinity pool was perfect for a quick dip and chilling out.

I noticed some cleaning lapses in the elevators and hallways. I also saw a tissue in the hallway for two days.
