our stay at Pocaterra was exceptional! They went above and beyond to make our son's birthday celebration special with a card and gift. The room had a breathtaking view of the Rockies, making our stay even more memorable. The breakfast and helpful staff were also highlights of our experience.

The staff went over and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. When I complained about noise from the ventilation, they gave me a new room with a better view. Plus, the breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, just a short drive away from Banff with free parking available. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay for the whole family!

Our Christmas family trip was really enjoyable! We were impressed with the variety of free treats offered at check-in. the fireplace in the room was cozy and made the wintery nights even more special. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the fun activities. the view from the room was stunning, and we loved sitting out on the balcony taking in the winter wonderland. Breakfast had a great selection, so there was something for everyone.

The pool area was a bit chilly, most likely due to the open windows. This made it hard to enjoy the water slide as much as we would have liked.
