Despite these positive experiences, there were a few drawbacks. The check-in and check-out process took longer than expected, and ordering food also took longer than desired.

I stayed at Barcelo for 3 nights with my family of 3 and had a great experience. The double-storey suite was comfortable and provided excellent value for money. The in-house Japanese Restaurant was elegant, but we highly recommend the adjacent Sports Bar Strikers for dinner. The heated swimming pool was a plus, especially in the cooler wintry weather. The hotel's location close to the airport and the free shuttle bus made it convenient for travel.

The property was immaculately clean, and the Premium Access we chose was definitely worth it for the added amenities. The included breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh options and an omelette station. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and within walking distance to malls, supermarkets, and excellent coffee shops like Injerto Coffee.

I spent new year's eve at a hotel that offered a fantastic view of the fireworks from the top floor, and complementary champagne glasses for all the guests. the hotel is located in a lively area with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the fine print stated that breakfast was not included, which was a bit disappointing. the hotel charged for Wi-Fi, which seems unnecessary in this day and age.

Not being able to pay with my EU debit card chip. my debit card was used for cash withdrawal in the hotel’s ATM, but no money came out.
