During my transit stay at San Juan Hotel Miami Beach, I appreciated the convenience of its location, being just 15 km from Miami Airport. The hotel's elegant, completely renovated guest rooms provided a comfortable and stylish retreat during my short stay.

Despite the modern updates, I did notice some minor inconveniences, such as thin walls and a slightly small bathroom shower. these were small issues that did not significantly detract from the enjoyable experience at the hotel.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They even provided beach towels, umbrella, and chairs, which was a nice bonus. the location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

The room was quite noisy, especially from the ventilation units next door. It was also disappointing that the room had no view and the bathroom was in need of some repairs.

The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were stunning, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. this place provided everything I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

You can find a big Apple store and numerous restaurants nearby. It is at the center of the city and near the beach. You'll find fresh towels in the rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are super large and comfortable. Also, the breakfast is included in the reasonable price.

Our goal was to explore SOBE and San Juan made it easy! Great location, we walked everywhere. They provided us with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas free of charge. The staff was wonderful - very nice and polite. Any issues were promptly addressed. The rooms are clean and updated, with small refrigerators for convenience. We arrived early and were shown our room immediately. The beach is just a short walk away with easy access. Ice is available in the main lobby. a great stay and we would definitely return!
