The service here is top-notch, with the staff being very helpful, efficient, and pleasant. They offer a range of amenities and services, including room service, dry cleaning, and a bell staff/porter. The room itself was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and had a great time relaxing in the garden furniture. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently had a fantastic two-night stay at Best Western Plus in a clean, modern and well-appointed room. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist me. The hotel's location in a bustling area filled with great restaurants and shops was a definite plus. Additionally, the breakfast experience was made even more enjoyable by a live traditional musical performance by a marimba group.

The room that I was initially given had a terrible view and was next to the workout room, so there were people looking in as they exercised. the second room they gave me was on the first floor and felt like a dungeon.

The hotel provided two free water bottles in the room which was greatly appreciated. the location was perfect for exploring the city as it was central and close to plenty of dining options. Another advantage was the 24-hour security which made me feel safe.

The noise level in the rooms was quite high and made it difficult to sleep at times. the gym located in the hotel wasn't soundproofed, so the noise from the treadmills was quite loud.
