This beautiful resort, nestled on a hillside overlooking the lake, offers a stunning location for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and rain showers. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the made-to-order local food is delicious. The resort also offers a yoga studio and spa services, perfect for rejuvenating the mind and body.

Communication with the management can be problematic at times.

The grounds are absolutely stunning. The attention to detail in the design of the resort is remarkable. The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking, making it a truly special place. The spa services were top-notch and worth every penny. The staff, especially a male waiter whose name I can't recall, was always friendly and accommodating.

I had a wonderful time at Casa Prana Hotel in Atitlan. My room, although lacking a balcony and view, was still comfortable and beautifully designed.

The view was breathtaking and the villa had every facility you could ever ask for. The staff was really talented and easy-going about special requests.

I was really disappointed in poor quality/overpriced food with very little choice and the villa was not properly cleaned and the toiletries did not seem to be changed. it was difficult to book dining space for meals and we had some communication issues with the management.

Our stay here was exceptional. The staff were attentive and fulfilled our every need. The location provided us with stunning mountain views and the garden area was beautifully maintained. The exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, heated swimming pool and massage services, added a luxurious touch to our stay. The restaurant was top-notch, serving delicious local food with special diet menus. In-room breakfast was served with perfection and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The only minor issue we encountered was some noise coming from the leisure/TV room which disrupted our peaceful stay. However, this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.
