My stay at this resort exceeded all expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The facilities were top-notch, with a full schedule of fitness activities to choose from and outstanding restaurants. The private shuttle boat to the beach was a nice touch, and the pool area was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with complimentary mini-bars that were restocked daily. I was impressed with the service and amenities provided by Rixos.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Rixos. The service was exceptional, especially when our car got stuck in the snow. They took care of everything and provided treats for our anniversary and during the incident. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and cosy, and the location was lovely. We were able to use the facilities until our late-night flight without any issues.

My recent stay at Rixos in Gocek was absolutely amazing. I had the best vacation of my life. The hotel is located in a stunning setting surrounded by trees and with an incredible view of the marina. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two pools, five restaurants, and two bars. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were the best I've ever had. The adult-only atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The live entertainment every night at the bar was a superb experience. Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the secret beach was a unique and beautiful feature.

The location of the hotel is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature. There are plenty of sunbeds by the pool and towels available. The secret beach is also a great place to relax. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, with enough room for clothes and hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom is nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, with fresh choices daily. There are also options for a la carte dining. The hotel provides a 24/7 restaurant, perfect for late-night snacks. Every night, there are musical programs in the open-air stage, featuring songs from various genres.

The smoking policy in the covered restaurant can be unpleasant for non-smokers, as the smoke lingers in the air and affects the dining experience for some guests.

The secret beach was a hidden gem, and we loved the variety of food options in the restaurants. The well-maintained grounds were beautiful, and we never had trouble finding a sun lounger by the pool or beach. The golf buggy taxis were a convenient way to get around, and our room was spacious with stunning views of the marina. The inspiration zone offered unique activities like yoga and bag making, and we enjoyed the entertainment every night at the Nox stage.

We were delighted with the stunning location of the hotel. The surrounding mountains provided a picturesque backdrop to our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel at home. The shower was fabulous and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offered a beautiful beach accessible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Enjoyed the all-inclusive meals, especially the food at the beach restaurant and the free restaurant on the hotel grounds. The hotel's location was perfect, with access to a gorgeous beach at a short distance. The attentive and friendly pool bar staff was a highlight and made the stay very comfortable.

Communication was challenging as the staff had limited English proficiency. Service took longer, especially during peak meal times and some of the restaurants were not up to standard.

The Spa & Wellness Centre is a haven of relaxation, featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, plunge pool, and Jacuzzi, among other facilities. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are perfect for relaxing in the sun, while the private facilities provide exclusive access to secluded areas of the venue. The location is stunning, with beach access and live entertainment, making it an ideal destination for adults seeking a tranquil and indulgent holiday.

Despite the exemplary service, the cleaning of the rooms could be improved, as it was only done once during my stay, and the room remained untidy. However, the bins were emptied regularly.
