I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Antigua. Located in a quiet residential street, this hotel provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were spacious with a great super clean bathroom with a bathtub. I was delighted to discover that my room on the upper floor had a stunning view of the nearby volcano Agua. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with a charming owner and staff who were extremely helpful. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included made my stay even more enjoyable.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The rooms are spacious, featuring quality woodworking and authentic Guatemalan decor. Guests can also enjoy the stunning views of the volcanoes and the city. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit, croissants, and a coffee machine for that perfect morning espresso.

The television occasionally had fuzzy or non-English channels.

I had a fantastic stay at Chez Daniel Bed & Breakfast. The staff, especially Daniel and Veronica, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided great suggestions for places to visit and dine in Antigua. The property itself is beautiful and conveniently located, just a short walk away from the city center. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and adorned with Daniel's stunning photographs. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh fruit, warm croissants, and mouthwatering Guatemalan jams. I highly recommend this cozy and welcoming place to stay in Antigua.

Enjoyed my Christmas break with lovely views of the volcanoes and a delicious breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean with huge bathrooms. The location was convenient, within walking distance to historic district, great restaurants and all the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and provided us with a map of the area.

The surroundings were too quiet for my taste, I would have preferred a bit more action. the location was a bit far from the central part of town, though this was made up by the proximity to the historic district.
