The accommodation was clean, welcoming, and the private room was fantastic. the pool offered a stunning view of the surrounding hills and was the perfect spot to relax. the staff, including Andres and the rest of the team, were friendly and made us feel right at home. the hostel also had great food and drink options, including a happy hour from 7-9pm. the free pick up and drop off at the bus station was a convenient bonus. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Vista Verde Lodge.

our stay at lanquin was great, but Vista Verde Lodge surpassed our expectations. the friendly staff, amazing views, and delicious food made our time there unforgettable. we enjoyed chilling by the pool, sipping on fresh juices, and indulging in Rosalia's homemade chocolate. can't wait to go back!

WiFi hours are limited

The pool had amazing views and was like a 5-star hotel. It was rarely crowded, so it felt like having it to ourselves. the deck outside the dorm was great for doing exercises or yoga. the staff were accommodating and allowed me to use the Wi-Fi even in the early morning hours.

The dorms were basic and quite a distance from the toilet. There were also a lot of bugs and moths in the dorm.

We had an incredible stay at this lodge. The location was absolutely exceptional, offering stunning views from the open balcony. The lodge itself was brand new and the facilities were perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms and showers were spotless, spacious, and even had hot water. The main sitting area was open and inviting, with a bar and the option to play our own music. The staff were lovely and worked hard to keep everything clean and efficient. We also enjoyed the tasty and fairly priced food, as well as the convivial atmosphere. this lodge provided an amazing 10/10 experience.

The breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked options to choose from. the lodge had a variety of facilities including a tour to nearby attractions and a beautiful treehouse dormitory.

Some showers did have issues with providing consistent hot water.

This place is a hidden gem in the jungle with amazing views, a fantastic pool, and a relaxed vibe. The spacious rooms have nice beds and lovely views outside. The staff is very hospitable and they offer a great Semuc tour. The food is generally good and reasonably priced considering the remote location.

Felt like being home, no complaints.

As young holiday goers, we loved the helpful staff who arranged tours and transport at short notice. The hostel rooms were quiet and the beds were clean. The hot showers were a welcome treat, and the pool was pretty amazing. The location was convenient and the view from the cabin was stunning. The staff made us feel well taken care of and the free transport was a bonus. we had a great experience at Vista Verde Lodge.

We stayed at an amazing lodge with private rooms and had a fantastic view of the surrounding area. the beds were comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. the staff were always helpful and the food at the lodge was absolutely fabulous. We highly recommend taking their tour to Semuc Champey, it was one of the best tours we've ever had!

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Verde Lodge! The new and clean accommodation provided us with breathtaking jungle views. The beautiful grounds and pool added to the peaceful ambiance. The staff, especially Melissa and Geo, were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the reasonable prices for food and drinks, as well as the delicious vegetarian packed lunch for our day trips. The free pickup and drop off from the bus station was a great convenience. we highly recommend this lodge for a perfect and peaceful getaway.
