The views and the building's interior design were fantastic! the pool was large, clean, and enjoyable to be in as well. the location was convenient for exploring the area.

The staff was not very helpful or friendly. Many of our requests went unanswered or were met with resistance.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel just outside of a charming Italian town. The staff here really went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. They were so helpful, especially when I was having some trouble with my rental car. I couldn't have managed without them! Another highlight was the delicious and beautifully prepared food. Each dish was a true delight. The location of the hotel was also a major plus. Set amidst picturesque vineyards on steep hills, the views were simply breathtaking. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. I especially appreciated the reliable wifi on the upper level. Lastly, breakfasts served on the terrace each morning were a wonderful way to start the day.
