The housekeeping was excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the laundry service, as it made our trip much more convenient. The airport shuttle provided by this hotel was convenient and reliable, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was a nice touch. the service provided was outstanding.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is superb, as it is located right at the front gate of the national park. Being able to walk into the park from here was very convenient and saved us a lot of time on transportation. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had no problem with the electricity, and recharging our devices was not an issue.

This jungle lodge is a true gem nestled in beautifully landscaped gardens, just outside the park to the ruins at 6 AM. The bungalows are spacious with comfortable beds and the staff is polite and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the pool bar is a great spot to relax. Plus, the opportunity to spend the night in the jungle listening to the rain on the roof is a real treat.

The wifi in the hotel is unreliable, but hey, it's the jungle!

We had an incredible time staying at this amazing lodge in the heart of the jungle. The room we stayed in had a beautiful balcony where we were able to see monkeys and birds up close. The shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Both the sunset and sunrise tours were led by excellent guides who were incredibly knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. The sunrise tour, in particular, was a magical experience as we walked through the jungle in darkness to witness the jungle waking up. The lack of bugs and the comfortable temperature made the tours even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this lodge for an unforgettable experience in Tikal.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the friendly staff, clean facilities, and inviting grounds. The breakfast was filling and our tour guide patiently waited for us. Being right in the park was convenient, and the WiFi and food were great. The sunrise tour was a must-see.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was excellent, and we even got upgraded to a better suite. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the Tikal park, and we could hear the monkeys during the night. The staff, especially Juan and Anibal, were incredibly attentive and made our stay even better.
