the Museo Mayan Inn provided a beautiful room with antique furnishings and a comfortable bed. the staff was very helpful, providing plenty of drinking water and assisting with transportation arrangements. Breakfast at the restaurant across the street was delicious, and the waitstaff wore traditional Mayan costumes. the hotel's grounds were filled with flowering trees, adding to the overall beauty of the place. I would definitely stay here again.

I had such a great experience in this hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it's just a few steps away from the central plaza where the amazing Maya-Market takes place. Moreover, the housekeeping service was impeccable. The hotel offers many amenities, like free toiletries and a nice garden area. Also, the staff is really helpful and friendly, always ready to give you information about tours and tickets.

I recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel gave us an incredible travel back in time experience with its amazing colonial style setting. the antique furniture, stunning courtyard and beautiful gardens made me feel as if I was living in a different era. the comfortable beds and delicious breakfast were an added bonus. the helpful staff made us feel truly cared for. the hotel's location next to the church and market was very convenient.

The lack of wifi might be a downside for some guests. our room was quite dark and could have used more lighting.

In the center of the town literally inside the market, by the crazy market, close to the cemetery. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good.

We loved our stay at Museo Mayan Inn in Chichicastenango. The hotel's excellent location near the market and cemetery made it convenient to explore the city on foot. The hotel's clean and quiet atmosphere, along with the beautiful courtyard, added to its charm. The historic feel of the place, with furniture from the 1950s, gave it a unique and interesting touch. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and having a fireplace in our room was a delightful experience. We also appreciated the personal attendant who came to light the fireplace for us.
