Beautiful waterfront colonial building, swim in lake or pool, king single mattresses, new and comfy, good sheets and towels.

I recently stayed at Peten Express and was impressed with the level of cleanliness and safety. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and their good command of English made communication easy. The dorm room I stayed in was well-maintained with comfortable beds and clean facilities. Despite the lack of windows in the dorm, the air conditioning worked well and provided a cool environment. The location of the hotel, right on the waterfront, offered beautiful views and the opportunity to swim in either the pool or the lake. The added convenience of being able to book tours directly through the hotel was a bonus. I had a fantastic experience at Peten Express and would highly recommend it.

The massive beds in the dorm room were a pleasant surprise, and the wifi worked perfectly throughout the hostel. the hot showers were a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. It was convenient to have a private plug, lamp, and locker. We also really appreciated being able to use our breakfast voucher later in the afternoon, as we missed breakfast due to a tour. the staff were friendly and the gesture was a big thumbs up!

I stayed at Peten Express for a few nights and it was fantastic! The rooms were super clean and the 24-hour air conditioning was a bonus. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had an amazing view and they even prepared a breakfast box for my early tour. The location was perfect, close to the bus station and right in front of the river. The swimming pool was a great added feature. an awesome place to stay!

The hotel is conveniently located close to various bus stops and offers good wifi. The rooms have air conditioning and private lockers, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. guests receive fresh towels every day and can enjoy a delicious breakfast included in their stay.

The pool area can be noisy and wet, which may not be ideal for some guests.

The lobby/restaurant area offers a relaxing atmosphere with a great view of the lake. The swimming pool is an added bonus for unwinding after a long day. The shared dorm beds are spacious and comfortable, with personal lights and plugs. The shared bathroom has a proper shower with good water pressure and hot water. The included breakfast is a great bonus for the price.

Peten Express provided excellent value for money with its clean and modern hostel rooms, complete with individual plug points, lights, and lockers. The location was perfect, and having access to the hotel pool was a fantastic bonus. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially when I fell ill during my stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool was refreshing and the included breakfast was delicious. I particularly appreciated that they provided me with a packed breakfast when I had to leave early for a trip. The bed was made every day, ensuring comfort during my stay. Additionally, the view from the restaurant was breathtaking, making breakfast even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The AC in the room was a bit cold and the rooms were on the smaller side.
