The location is superb, with easy access to Lake Atitlan and the surrounding villages. The view across the lake is unbeatable. The staff at the front desk are remarkably kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to provide an early check-in for me and my child. The room was perfectly clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. The hotel offers a coupon for the onsite museum, adding value to the stay. Ideal base for exploring the nature and villages around the lake.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in a very well maintained garden was simply breathtaking. We were surrounded by lush greenery, making it a peaceful and tranquil retreat. The staff provided excellent room service, ensuring that our every need was taken care of. They even offered laundry services, which was incredibly convenient for us. The airport shuttle service was prompt and efficient, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel made it easy for us to explore the nearby towns and attractions.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. The complementary coupons for the onsite museum and the clean and comfortable rooms were a nice touch.

The noise from the nearby street made it difficult to sleep at night. the soap dispensers in the bathroom lacked the elegance and class that I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
