amazing location right beside the train station, friendly staff, and complimentary breakfast that they even offered as takeaway when we arrived late for it. Toyoko Inn definitely exceeded my expectations during this resting and relaxing stay in Fuji !

Front desk staff lacked knowledge about the area, unable to provide guidance on transportation and local attractions. Extra charges for towels and limited amenities such as pillows for multiple guests.

The laundry facilities downstairs were a great convenience, especially with multiple machines available. The hotel's proximity to the train station made it very convenient for transportation.

One specific situation I experienced was when there was a smell of mold in the bathroom. However, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue by immediately changing our room.

We had a superb stay at a hotel located right beside the JR train station, just a 2-minute walk away! the room size was decent and spacious, giving us plenty of room to move around. the check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived late for breakfast and the kitchen staff went out of their way to offer us whatever they had left. Their kindness and generosity made our experience even better. the hotel's location near Shin-Fuji Shinkansen station provided easy access for both car and train travel. it was a fantastic stay at Toyoko Inn.

New Year’s Eve did not start as planned, but I found a hotel near the station. the place was easily accessible by car or train. the staff were accommodating, and I was able to communicate in English. the room size was generous. Breakfast was complimentary, and the kitchen staff was friendly and cooperative. Despite showing up late, they happily offered us what food they had left, which was considerate.

No convenience stores were nearby, which made it challenging to get snacks and necessities, especially in the cold and at night. I had requested a rice cooker early on, and the hotel had confirmed;

We had a great stay at a hotel near the train station in Shin-Fuji. the room was comfortable, with two beds even for solo travelers. the location was perfect as it allowed us to easily explore the region, with regular buses to the JR station and other areas such as Kawaguchi Station and the lakes. the hotel staff were helpful and provided us with a timetable for the buses. the hotel was conveniently located for those planning to climb Mount Fuji, as the bus to the 5th station of the Fujinomiya trail departs from Shin-Fuji station. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of Japanese dishes each day. We also appreciated the laundry facilities available for use.
