We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, right in front of the lake, was absolutely stunning. We loved waking up and enjoying the beautiful view from our huge balcony. Being surrounded by bars and restaurants made it super convenient to explore and try different cuisines. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making sure that our room was always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the hotel breakfast, especially the delicious pancakes. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

enjoyed our stay in flores, but hotel Santana was a pleasant surprise. the early check-in was a welcome gesture and the lake view from our room was stunning. the location was perfect, close to bus stops and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. huge patios with hammocks were a nice touch too.

My recent stay at a hotel in Flores was great. The location was ideal, with beautiful views of the lake and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful. I especially appreciated their efforts in organizing lunchboxes for our early Tikal sunrise tour. Despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel overall.

The lake view from the balcony during sunset was breathtaking and it was great being able to enjoy it while having breakfast for free. The location was convenient, as it was close to the airport and bus stops. Another advantage was having a spacious patio with a hammock, table, and chairs that was perfect for relaxing and working.

The thin walls and the night club across the street made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The loud music kept playing until 1 am, which ruined our romantic escape.

We arrived at 4:30am after an 8-hour bus journey from Guatemala City. Despite the early hour, the hotel kindly gave us our room key right away - we felt so welcomed! Our stay at Hotel Santana was perfect. The location was ideal, the staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. The view from our clean and comfortable room was stunning, especially during sunset. The balcony added to the charm, and having a swimming pool was a nice bonus. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
