Food was excellent and the cabin was nice. the location was superb with great views of the surroundings. the experience was very enjoyable.

The logistics arrangement was poor with long waiting times for check-in and check-out. the staff struggled with English which made communication difficult.

We stayed with Alisa Cruise for a 2-day, 1-night cruise. The ship was beautiful and had lots of character, one of the prettiest in the Bay. Dinner was magnificent, and we were pleasantly surprised when they brought a gorgeous cake and sang for my husband's birthday. The staff was great, especially James as the cruise manager and Sam the bartender. The rooms were exactly like the photos and the staff, including receptionist Thoy, were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and John took care of our special food preferences. The activities were well scheduled, allowing for free resting time. The backdrop of Ha Long Bay made everything even more beautiful. We must specially compliment the office service staff, Alice, for her hard work in catering to all our needs.

the spa and wellness centre with its sauna and massage services provided a relaxing break from the busy city life. the sun terrace with its comfortable sun loungers was the perfect spot to soak in the stunning views. the room was equipped with a private spa lounge, making the experience even more exclusive.

As a result, I was not able to fully enjoy the private balcony due to the gas smells and the noise which continued throughout the night.

Top quality service, delicious food catering to all diets, well-organized activities , amazing views. Staff and crew amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Ms. Anna Pham went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, arranging a free private car to the Alisa Cruise offices for drop-off and even had a gift for us. The cruise exceeded expectations from pick-up to drop-off.
