Fantastic I recently had the most incredible stay at a hotel nestled on the edge of Lake Atitlan. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with the turquoise waters stretching out before me. The gardens and grounds were immaculate, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every need was met. The food at the hotel's restaurant was a delight, with delicious dishes that left me wanting more. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Cons: The only downside was a slight delay in service at the restaurant, but it was easily overlooked considering the overall experience.

As foreign tourists, we enjoyed exploring nearby towns by boat, kayaking, hiking, swimming, and relaxing on the waterfront patio.

There are many hidden nooks and crannies on the property where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The swimming location is fantastic, and it's easy to access the hotel by private jetty. The hotel has a botanical garden, with a hot tub, sauna, massage, natural pools. The family-style dinner allowed us to meet great people, and the wood-fired hot tub was a perfect way to relax after dinner.

This place was absolutely stunning! The staff were exceptional and the setting was unbelievable. The views across the lake to the volcanoes were incredible. We loved the excellent breakfast and family-style dinner options. The availability of kayaks and other water activities was a great bonus. The grounds were exceptional with beautiful landscaping and plenty of seating areas to enjoy the lake views. The wood-fired hot tub and sauna were a luxurious touch. The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. We also enjoyed the company of the friendly cats. A great walking path was conveniently located nearby. everything about this place surpassed our expectations.

La Casa Del Mundo is definitely one of the top places to stay on the lake. The location is amazing, especially in the mornings when the sea is calm. The hotel offers numerous small terraces and quiet nooks, perfect for relaxation. The exceptional gardens add to the overall beauty of the property. The rooms are well-appointed, with magnificent views from the balconies and vantage points scattered throughout the mountainside.

Some rooms overlook the open-air washing up area, which may affect the ambience on the terrace.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. the setting was stunning and I could see the lake and volcanoes from the various terraces. There were many hidden spots around the property where I could relax and unwind. It was nice to have so many options to choose from. Being able to easily access the hotel by boat was a major advantage. the private jetty made it convenient for me to arrive and depart.

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the meals provided. I expected the food to be of a higher standard, especially considering the price of the hotel.
