We had a wonderful stay at Cresta Sprayview. The staff was helpful and attentive, especially Alfred and Shepherd. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate bedroom and nice amenities. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, just a short walk from town or a free shuttle bus ride. we were very pleased with our stay at Cresta.

I had the most incredible stay at Cresta! The moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like royalty. The room I stayed in was impeccable - clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities I needed. I was amazed by the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, and the service was top-notch. The location of the hotel was also ideal, just a short walk away from the breathtaking Victoria Falls. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Cresta for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel was well managed and the staff were delightful. The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and the open-air dining area by the pool was a lovely setting. The pool itself was fabulous. The hotel offers a free shuttle to both the town and the falls, making it convenient for guests. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights and would recommend.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent - I felt that I received a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the beautifully maintained gardens with their winding paths leading to the main building, to the cozy bungalow-style rooms, everything was carefully designed to create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met and were always ready to assist with a smile. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a delightful treat. The buffet allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted, and the food was of high quality.

What a letdown. Although the location was perfect for a romantic escape, with plenty of nearby shops and attractions, there were only a couple of good things about this hotel. the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. That's it.

To start off, the room was incredibly outdated and dirty, with stained and torn bedding and questionable stains on the carpet. the food was absolutely terrible, with few options to choose from, and nothing tasted fresh.
