Had a very romantic escape at this hotel. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. the location is great, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the coffee was superb. a perfect place for a romantic getaway.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. the noise level at night was quite high, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel had great customer service and was very accommodating in helping me arrange everything prior to arrival. the beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. Additionally, the hotel was in a great location, making it convenient for transportation and exploring.

The room design was a little awkward, with the bed and TV at an unusual angle, making watching TV uncomfortable. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience at the hotel.

Perfect location, with several options for shopping and dining within walking distance. Gardens and rooftop café are easily accessible, which is great for working, as the Wi-Fi is reliable. Quality amenities in the bathroom.

We always book at La Inmaculada for our visits to Guatemala City. The staff is great, the room and restaurant are more than adequate, and the location in Zone 10 is perfect. We appreciate how helpful the hotel staff is during our stays. The hotel feels secluded even though it is centrally located and close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet area and the delicious breakfast. La Inmaculada never fails to exceed our expectations.
