Had a very romantic escape at this hotel. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the coffee was superb. a perfect place for a romantic getaway.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. The noise level at night was quite high, making it difficult to sleep.

We always book at La Inmaculada for our visits to Guatemala City. The staff is great, the room and restaurant are more than adequate, and the location in Zone 10 is perfect. We appreciate how helpful the hotel staff is during our stays. The hotel feels secluded even though it is centrally located and close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet area and the delicious breakfast. La Inmaculada never fails to exceed our expectations.
