As a solo traveler, I loved the central location of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. A credit to the establishment!

I recently stayed at this place in arguably Xela's most beautiful district adjacent to the Parque Central. The location was perfect, right across the central park of Quetzaltenango. The vibrant atmosphere of the main square added to the charm of this hotel.

A special shoutout to our room cleaner, Yohana, who was always kind and efficient. The hotel's central location, spacious and clean rooms, firm beds, and hot showers made our stay highly comfortable.
