We recently stayed at a charming colonial-style hotel on a quiet street in a well-traveled area. Posada La Merced exceeded our expectations in every way. the attentive staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our changing plans. They even helped us find an English-speaking dentist when my mother had an accident. the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the fantastic view from the roof. We had stayed here before and were thrilled to return. It's also worth mentioning the great restaurant next door, which served delicious breakfast and lunch options along with excellent coffee and desserts.

We recently spent four nights at Posado La Merced and had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere and the staff is incredibly kind. They serve great coffee and the rooms, although a little small for our family of four, were very clean. The shared kitchen and rooftop terrace were fantastic additions to our stay. The staff was excellent and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage. a great location and excellent value for money. We can't wait to go back!

I had a very pleasant stay at a clean hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shared kitchen was a bonus. The showers had water heaters for a warm bath. Despite some noise from a nearby nightclub, it didn't bother me much. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was also spacious and well-decorated, which made for a comfortable stay.

Sadly, the noise level at night was too much to handle, as there was a lot of foot traffic and honking from cars outside my window. the air conditioning unit in the room was also very loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep.
