The Deluxe Room was just right for me – not too small, not too big, felt cozy. the separate living area gave me a nice little space to unwind after a day of exploring nature.

Breakfast offerings could've had a bit more variety to cater to different dietary preferences.

It was all superb.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything we needed. We could easily catch a bus from the bus stop right outside the hotel, which made getting around Cairns a breeze. The staff were exceptional and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, with a wide selection of tasty options.

The gym facilities were quite small compared to what we expected.

The hotel staff at Cairns Sheridan were incredibly kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to fulfill all of my requests and made my stay truly enjoyable. The restaurant on the premises also offered excellent food and service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of this place was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the airport and had a local bus route right outside. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of tea and coffee provided. The hotel also had a lovely sitting area overlooking the pool, which was a great place to relax. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality that this hotel provided.

Great location and affordable price! the hotel had really friendly staff who were always ready to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate my request for a room with a view. the room was nice and clean with all the amenities I needed, and the pool was lovely to relax in after a long day of exploring. Plus, being near the airport made it easier to catch early flights.

The air conditioner in the room wasn't working well which made it quite hot and stuffy. the WiFi connection was also a bit of a hassle to set up.

sheridan in cairns exceeded my expectations. with 24 hr service, a great room, and friendly staff, my stay was amazing. the views of the mountains and skyline were breathtaking. i've stayed before and it was even better this time.

We had a fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant. The fisherman's catch was delicious, and the creamy garlic prawns were a must-try. The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The 24-hour manned reception provided convenience, and the buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel.
