The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The rooms may have been small, but they were impressively clean, especially the bathroom and shower. The location was great, with a fantastic view from the terrace. We enjoyed being close to the central park and appreciated the helpful information provided by the staff. it was a great experience and we would love to stay here again!

Our hotel was in the heart of the town, surrounded by cool monuments and buildings. It was nice that we could walk wherever we wanted to go without any problem. The room we stayed in was really comfy and clean. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the free water, the outdoor garden, and the rooftop terrace where we could see the city from a great angle.

The walls weren't soundproof enough and we could hear noise inside the hotel.

The value for money is unbeatable with prices that won't break the bank. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure that every detail was taken care of, from the beautiful room with its tropical garden to the tasty breakfast each morning.

Spent Easter at a hotel in a central location with lots of perks for our stay; free coffee and water available in multiple spots for our convenience. the rooftop was incredible, and we had it all to ourselves most of the time. the best part was the quiet setting, perfect for resting after long days out exploring.

The rooms on the north side weren't well ventilated, making them a little stuffy in the morning. we could hear some noise from the younger crowd outside, but that was to be expected due to the central location.

the location was great, just a 3-minute walk to the main plaza. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to help us find the cheapest PCR test and book an appointment. the interior decor of the property was lovely, with beautiful plants and a vibrant color scheme. the courtyard and rooftop were particularly impressive, providing a relaxing space to unwind. the rooms, although a bit small, were impeccably clean, and the bathroom and shower were spotless. we felt safe, comfortable, and would gladly stay here again.
