I had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel with great amenities. The gym was top-notch, the bed was comfortable, and there was a good-size mini fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the airport shuttle was a nice convenience.

The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the facilities, including the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, are great. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We appreciated the convenience of the hotel's transportation service and the ample parking available. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the quality of the sheets in our room was exceptional.

Additionally, the hotel provided valet service and transportation, making it convenient for me to explore the city.

The receptionists were not welcoming or helpful, and often seemed annoyed by requests. the staff provided incorrect information about room assignments and amenities.

What a fantastic family-friendly hotel! the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with plenty of local choices and friendly chefs. We really appreciated the filtered water - no need to use bottled water for brushing our teeth. the pool area was pristine, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful spa and workout area. Plus, the porter was quick to switch our room when we asked for a two-bed and got a single.

The room service was slow to respond to our requests; we waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich!
