The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Central Park. The bed in the private room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite some drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel overall.

Great location in the heart of the city and amazing rooftop terrace with stunning views. the staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the overall decor and style of the hotel were also very cool and modern.

My experience was not great. the room was too basic and lacked proper lighting.

The hotel has a nice design and is conveniently located near the center of town. The room had comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean. Although the staff was not always helpful, there were friendly and informative interactions with the lady working at the front desk during the day. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace with a great view.

The staff at the hotel were unhelpful, even using my charger without informing me and denying its existence when I asked. No luggage storage was available for the first two days, causing inconvenience.

The free WiFi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I wish they had provided more local information about nearby attractions and places to eat.
