The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the front desk with fluent English and excellent communication. The two ladies even helped us with our grab driver. Clean hotel with nice bathroom and amenities.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The staff members were incredibly welcoming and always available whenever I needed assistance. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and that all my needs were met. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a luxurious feel to it. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb, with many restaurants and a BTS station nearby. It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance.

During our Christmas stay, we found the hotel to be a great place to relax. the staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the shuttle service to nearby shopping areas and the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area away from the busy city. the pool and spa were well-maintained and a nice place to spend a lazy afternoon.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to access rooms on higher floors. the breakfast options were limited and became repetitive after a few days.
