The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of transportation options nearby. The location was perfect for exploring the city and its amenities.

During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful views of the city, Demerara river, and the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel's location provided stunning panoramic views, especially during the Christmas Tree lighting and carol singing by the Bishops High School choir. The room was modernly appointed, tastefully decorated, and well-lit, making it a comfortable stay for my family. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including local dishes like pepper pot and salt fish, and the fresh juice bar was a refreshing touch.

The hotel experienced a delay in fixing the pool upon arrival, causing inconvenience for guests.

Good-sized room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Buffet dinner with a good selection and included wine. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including local dishes and cooked-to-order eggs. Walking distance to city amenities or bus available.

Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very well trained and provided excellent customer service. They were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at home.

One aspect that I didn't like was the inconsistency when it came to taking away food from the breakfast buffet. Some staff allowed guests to take food in a takeaway box, while others insisted on using a cover for the plate instead.

The Guyanese hospitality was evident, and the hotel had a pleasant smell throughout. The food was flavorful with a good variety of options, and the pool had convenient opening hours. a great experience and I would definitely stay at the Marriott again.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by giving guests more time to finish their meals before clearing the plates. Customer service training may also be beneficial for the lobby bar waitresses, as they sometimes took a while to attend to guests.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel that should be addressed. The coordination of tourism options and services could be improved to cater to the needs of the guests more effectively.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Georgetown and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, especially Diandrea in the executive lounge. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient. Despite a minor issue with the A/C, I had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast buffet and executive lounge offerings were impressive. The gym was well-equipped and the hotel had excellent security measures in place. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and great amenities.

The Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. the complementary breakfast and afternoon snacks were a great value. Situated right by the water, the hotel provided a stunning view of the sunset and a beautiful walking path.

The lack of vegetarian options at dinner. While the staff was accommodating by making something off the menu, it would have been nice to see more options readily available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I arrived, Jonella Springer, a Guest Service Agent, provided excellent service with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities I needed. The hotel is located right beside the seawall, perfect for relaxing walks. Additionally, it was conveniently close to Ogle airport, just a 20-minute drive away.

During my recent stay at the Marriott in Georgetown, I was blown away by the excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP by the friendly and accommodating greeters in the lobby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and newly painted, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Special shout out to Roseann & Deandre from the Concierge and Lisa, the best bartender ever! I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Georgetown.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely international standard hotel in Guyana. The entire staff made us feel like VIPs, treating us with respect and granting every request with a smile. The food was great, and the wait staff were the absolute best. From the concierge to reception to the waiters, everyone was impeccable, professional, and courteous. The room had all the usual amenities, including a cash point and WiFi. The bed was fantastically comfortable, although a bit on the high side. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all the necessary extras. We also appreciated the staff's efforts to accommodate our gluten-free needs with a special menu. everything met Marriott's high standard, and the hotel's location was perfect for us.
