My husband and I spent 18 days at Royal Oasis and it exceeded our expectations. The staff, from the hotel supervisor Francky to the managers Herman and Breval, were incredibly friendly and professional. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. The lobby was beautiful and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the food overall was great, offering a taste of authentic Haitian cuisine. The staff promptly corrected any issues we faced, such as a room change and an unintentional payment error. Royal Oasis truly felt like our home away from home.

One standout staff member, Gardner Abraham, even took the time to bring me a chair and have a friendly chat with me in the terrace breakfast area. I had a wonderful stay at Royal Oasis.

Despite the excellent service and amenities, I did experience some drawbacks during my stay. The room was quite noisy due to the constant noise from the AC system, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

As backpackers, we loved the variety of activities and events offered at the hotel, such as bingo night, talent show, movie night. The staff members, especially Ritchara and Emmanuel, were incredibly accommodating and made our stay memorable. The ambiance of the hotel was the icing on the cake, making our time there truly restful and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will surely be returning soon!

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel located in the Petion-ville suburb. The staff here is awesome, and with great customer service, they made me feel right at home. I enjoyed the shuttle service from the airport which was very convenient and the welcome drink on arrival. The location was perfect too as there were many shops and commercial services around. The room service and housekeeping were always responsive, both during the day and night. The swimming pool was a great spot to relax, surrounded by a beautiful garden with sun loungers to soak up the sun. There was also a fitness centre and tours/ticket assistance available. I especially liked the flat-screen TV and air conditioning in my room which made my stay more comfortable.

This place is perfect for adult-only visitors but may not be suitable for families.

The view from my room was absolutely stunning, allowing me to enjoy the city's beauty day and night. the stylish and comfortable room made me feel at ease throughout my stay, providing a cozy environment. Additionally, the professional staff at the front desk was always there to assist me, making me feel welcomed and taken care of.

I was disappointed with the lack of authentic Haitian food options on the menu. the overpriced and flavorless dishes did not meet my expectations.
