The value for my money was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, right off the highway, and the staff at Best Western Plus were kind, energetic, and very helpful.

The breakfast options could be improved by consistently offering waffles throughout the stay.

We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus in the charming downtown of Lonoke. The turn of the century homes added to the small town feel, and the quaint restaurants and pizza/sandwich shop were a delightful find. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and informative, and our room exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the absence of any bed bugs. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cold, which was a huge plus for us. Additionally, the breakfast options were good, and we appreciated the Nescafé coffee machine. The location right off the highway was convenient, making this our favorite hotel during our cross-country trip. We will definitely be repeat patrons on our future travels.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and assisted me twice with getting the TV to work properly. The bed and pillows were super soft, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I also found the parking to be easy and convenient. The hotel provided lots of conveniences, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
