We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at Gran Mediterraneo. When we needed transportation for our meetings, the hotel manager personally drove us around, something you won't find at other hotels. The location near a major newspaper facility also made us feel safe. a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, within walking distance to the market and other attractions. The restaurant provided a private dining experience, as we were the only guests, and the food was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was a great start to the day.

The Wi-Fi service was unreliable at times, which made it difficult to stay connected during my stay.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation! the hotel was in a perfect location, close to a mall and stores, making it easy to buy last-minute presents. the staff were welcoming, always with a smile on their face. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view. the restaurant in the hotel had delicious food with a large variety, including traditional options for the holiday.

The gym was a bit disappointing and was not well-maintained. the equipment was old and not very functional, making it difficult to get in a good workout.
